The Xplorers program is designed for middle school, high school and college students who want to explore career paths. It is a customised mentorship program, where we will provide you with 100 sample questions to guide your conversation with 3 mentors and help assess the career best suited for you.

Lyghthouz team will be assessing your needs, searching their database and contacting several professionals to find you appropriate mentors to talk to. These mentors are very busy professionals in global top brands, who will take out the time to advise you. So, to secure their time, Lyghthouz would need to collect payment beforehand.

No problem, your credit stays valid for 1 year. And you can always reach out to the Lyghthouz team to avail your remaining sessions.

Our experience says that teens usually prefer to ask their questions in a 1:1 setting more confidently. Having said that, if you feel more comfortable having your parent join you in the session, you are welcome to do so!
